ZIF flip-lock, 0.50 mm pitch, 12 positions
The F304-1A7H1-11012-E100 is the 12-position member of Amphenol ICC's Aorora F304 FFC/FPC connector line, a 0.50 mm pitch ZIF socket with bottom-side contacts. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V, with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts and a flip-lock actuator that accepts 0.30 mm or 0.33 mm thick FFC/FPC.
Actuation and cable fit
The ZIF flip-lock actuator swings open to accept straight or tapered cable ends; closing the lock clamps the flex against the bottom-side contacts without insertion force on the cable. Solder retention features on the SMT right-angle package hold the connector in place during reflow before the actuator is cycled.
