The connector accepts FFC/FPC cables 0.33mm thick with a notched cable end type. The bottom-contact design routes the signal through the lower row of contacts, which mates with the cable's exposed pads.
Gold Contacts and 30-Cycle Mating Life
The gold layer resists corrosion and maintains contact resistance over the rated 30 mating cycles — adequate for field-service connections where the cable is disconnected a few times per product lifetime.
It is RoHS compliant. The base product number F31L-1A7H1 covers multiple position counts. The 6-position variant is the lowest circuit count in the family; sibling parts include 9-position (F31L-1A7H1-11009), 10-position (F31L-1A7H1-11010), and 15-position (F31L-1A7H1-11015) versions with identical pitch, height, and contact finish.
