Sealed shell and cycle life
The IP67 seal and 1500 mating cycles make the MUSBD111M1 suited for panel-mounted industrial or outdoor USB connections where dust and washdown ingress must be blocked at the connector interface. The board guide and cover aid alignment during panel installation; the flange, horizontal mount and right-angle through-hole termination fix the receptacle to the panel and PCB simultaneously.
