6.20 mm Pitch, 4-Position Receptacle Housing for In-Line Harnesses
Latch Holder Retention and Polarization
The housing is polarized by the keying geometry of the latch and the asymmetric shroud around the cavities; a reversed insertion is physically blocked. The latch holder also acts as a secondary lock for the crimp terminals once they are inserted into the cavities.
The crimp termination style gives a gas-tight connection when the wire is properly crimped with the correct tooling. For a full harness assembly, order the VLR-04V housing plus the required number of VL series male crimp contacts and the mating header (the VLP series).
