49-circuit FPC connector with ZIF slide lock

The 4-1734592-9 is the 49-position member of TE Connectivity's 1734592 FPC connector family, a 0.50 mm pitch ZIF design with a slide-lock actuator. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 250 V, the connector accepts 0.30 mm thick FPC and terminates via solder to the board through a surface-mount right-angle footprint.

Contact side and FPC thickness

The contacts are positioned on the bottom side of the connector, mating with the FPC's exposed pads on the insertion side — the 0.30 mm accepted thickness and tapered cable end guide the flex into the ZIF mechanism before the slide lock engages.
