Cable group and termination — what it fits and how it goes together
The cable group is RG-6, Belden 1694, 1694A, and 9248 — all 75 Ohm coax with a solid or stranded centre conductor and a nominal dielectric diameter that matches the crimp ferrule and centre contact. The crimp termination on both the centre pin and the shield braid means you need the correct hex crimp die for the ferrule OD; the manufacturer's application tooling is specified in the product drawing. The free-hanging (in-line) mounting style is standard for a cable plug — no panel cut-out required. A 75 Ohm jack is physically identical to a 50 Ohm BNC at the interface, but mixing impedances creates a reflection at the junction; keep the system at 75 Ohm end to end.
