The Amphenol RF 034-5019 is a BNC HD panel-mount jack that pushes the standard BNC interface to 6 GHz — well past the typical 4 GHz ceiling of a conventional BNC. The HD variant uses a thicker dielectric and tighter mechanical tolerances to hold 50 Ohm impedance through the bulkhead transition, which matters when you're running L-band, GPS, or wideband video through a sealed enclosure. This jack is crimped onto the cable shield and soldered to the centre contact. The cable group covers RG-174, RG-188A, RG-316, LMR-100, and M17/119-RG174 — all 50 Ohm flexible coax.

The beryllium copper contact maintains spring force across the full temperature swing, which is important for a sealed connector that may cycle between cold outdoor storage and hot equipment operation.
