10-Position, 0.50mm-Pitch FFC/FPC Connector with ZIF Slide Lock
The F32R-1A7H1-11010: This is a 10-position, 0.50mm-pitch FFC/FPC connector from the Amphenol ICC Aorora F32R series. It uses a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) slide-lock actuator — open the slide, insert the FFC, close the slide to clamp the contacts. No insertion force on the cable, so the delicate traces on a 0.33mm-thick FFC aren't damaged during assembly. The contacts are bottom-side — the FFC inserts with the exposed pads facing down toward the PCB. Gold plating at 1.97µin (0.050µm) on phosphor bronze gives a corrosion-resistant interface for signal-level current up to 0.5A per contact at 50V. The housing is natural LCP, glass-filled, rated UL94 V-0.

The LCP housing and PA9T actuator hold their mechanical properties across that range without creep or warpage.
