The 131648-1 is the same PIDG ring terminal for a #4 stud but accepts 20 AWG wire and measures 0.311" (7.90mm) wide and 0.917" (23.30mm) long. The 131644-1 handles the heavier 18-22 AWG range and is slightly narrower and shorter — match the wire gauge to the terminal before crimping.
