PIDG ring terminal for 18-22 AWG, #7/16 stud
The 150072-1: The tin-plated copper contact is rated for crimp termination; the nylon insulation covers a wire insulation diameter of 0.105" to 0.140" (2.67mm to 3.56mm) and the serrated termination grips the conductor.
Stud size and series fit
The 150072-1 uses a #7/16 stud, larger than the M6 stud on the 130046 (0.472" width) and the #8 stud on the 171506-1 and 171508-2 (0.311" and 0.280" width respectively). All four terminals share the PIDG series, tin-plated copper contacts, serrated termination, and insulated nylon housing — the stud size and overall dimensions are the primary selection difference.
Serrated termination and insulation grip
The serrated termination bites into the conductor during crimping, reducing pull-out risk; the nylon insulation is rated for the 18-22 AWG range and the 0.105" to 0.140" insulation diameter.
