Contact system and plating
The 154718-4 is a female quick-disconnect terminal from the TE Connectivity Mark I series, accepting a 0.250" (6.35mm) tab with a 0.032" (0.81mm) thickness. Tin-plated phosphor bronze contact — the tin finish provides corrosion resistance for moderate mating-cycle duty; the phosphor bronze spring temper maintains contact force over repeated insertions.
Wire range and termination
Crimps onto 14-18 AWG wire with an insulation diameter of 0.094" to 0.126" (2.39mm to 3.20mm). Free-hanging (in-line) mount — no housing or panel cutout needed; the crimp barrel and tab interface carry the full mechanical load.
Series and positions
Within the Mark I series the 154718-4 uses a phosphor bronze contact, while the 154718-6 and 154718-3 use brass — the tab dimensions, wire range, and tin plating are shared across the three.
