Through-hole solder termination with 0.157" (4.00mm) post length and 0.217" (5.50mm) mating pin length gives a solid mechanical anchor on the PCB. The mounting flange provides additional board retention, and the UL94 HB-rated PBT housing handles the thermal and mechanical demands of the application.
