M8 stud, 10-12 AWG crimp ring
The 160336-2 is a non-insulated circular ring terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, accepting 10-12 AWG wire and terminating to an M8 stud. The 0.030" (0.76mm) thick tin-plated brass body crimps onto the conductor; the insulation diameter range of 0.150" to 0.209" (3.81mm to 5.31mm) determines the wire jacket clearance through the barrel.
Wire gauge and stud fit
The 10-12 AWG wire range pairs with the M8 stud size — the 0.468" (11.89mm) outer edge width clears the stud shoulder, and the 1.024" (26.00mm) overall length provides enough barrel for a full crimp die bite on the conductor.
