The TE Connectivity 173063-2 is a 2-position receptacle housing from the EconoSeal J Mark II 070 series — the female side of a sealed wire-to-wire interconnect system. It uses tab contacts (the male blades inside the housing) and mates with the corresponding plug half that carries socket contacts. The 4.80mm pitch gives enough room for 14-18 AWG wire with a decent seal, and the locking ramp holds the pair together under the vibration you get in an engine harness or a chassis run.
