The 184022-1 is a 2-position, single-row, sealed plug housing from TE's SSC series. It uses a latch holder fastening system and accepts female socket crimp contacts. The housing is rated for -40°C to 150°C, which covers underhood automotive and industrial cabinet environments where standard 105°C connectors would derate.
Sizing the BOM line – contacts and pitch
Pitch is 0.197" (5.00 mm), which matches the standard TE SSC crimp contact spacing. This 2-position version is the smallest circuit count in the series; the 3-position 184034-1 and 4-position 184046-1 use the same pitch, same latch holder, and same sealed feature, so swapping to a higher position count requires only a housing change if the wire count allows.
