It uses a 5.30mm pitch and accepts crimp terminals (sold separately). The red thermoplastic, glass-filled housing carries an IP67 rating, meaning it seals against dust and temporary water immersion when mated with the correct AMPSEAL 16 plug and terminals.
This housing ships without contacts. The housing accepts a female socket contact; the mating half is a male pin header or plug housing from the same AMPSEAL 16 series.
Sealing and Temperature Range
The IP67 rating means the mated connector pair withstands dust ingress and temporary submersion. The glass-filled thermoplastic housing holds its shape across that thermal swing without cracking.
