What This 32-Position Housing Does in the Harness
The TE Connectivity 1981921-1 is a 32-circuit, 4-row receptacle housing built on a 2.00 mm pitch with a 3.50 mm row spacing. It is a free-hanging (in-line) connector meant for wire-to-wire or wire-to-board harnesses where the mating half carries the same pitch and row pattern. The latch lock gives a positive audible click when fully mated — useful in assemblies that see vibration or where the connector sits in a service loop and needs to stay put.
