3-Position Sealed Housing for Power Double Lock Series
It uses a 3.96mm pitch, which is a common spacing for power circuits where the board trace width and creepage distance need to handle higher current than a fine-pitch signal connector allows. The housing is molded in natural polyamide (PA66) and includes a double lock plate and sealing — the double lock plate provides a secondary retention mechanism for the crimped terminals, and the sealing protects the contact interface from moisture and dust ingress in applications like appliances, automotive underhood, or industrial control cabinets.
This housing accepts tab-type crimp contacts (sold separately). The mating plug is the corresponding Power Double Lock header with 3.96mm pitch and 3-position layout.
Operating Range and Environmental Limits
The sealed construction with the double lock plate makes it a good fit for environments where occasional washdown or condensation is expected, but the temperature ceiling is the real constraint to check against your enclosure's internal temperature rise.
