Housing First, Contacts Second
It is a free-hanging (in-line) shell that accepts male pin contacts via crimp or solder termination — but the contacts themselves are not included in this order.
The Contacts Question
Contacts not included. Source matching male pin terminals separately.
Mating Half and Locking
The single-row 6-position layout means the mating plug will also be a 6-position, 5.00mm pitch, single-row shell. The latch lock is audible on full engagement; if you don't hear it click, the terminals aren't fully seated and the connection can back out under cable strain.
What the 5.00mm Pitch and Temperature Range Buy You
The 5.00mm pitch is wider than the typical 2.54mm or 3.00mm signal connector pitch — it gives more creepage distance between adjacent circuits, which matters when the harness carries moderate voltage or power. The latch lock is the primary retention — there's no secondary locking mechanism, so the crimp terminals must be fully seated into the housing cavities or they'll push back during mating.
