Terminal for Mini Amp-In Wire-to-Board Harnesses
The TE Connectivity 2393261-1 is a tin-plated copper alloy crimp terminal from the Mini Amp-In series, designed for wire-to-board applications. It accepts 22-26 AWG wire and fits a PCB hole diameter of 0.071" ~ 0.075" (1.80mm ~ 1.91mm). The overall length is 0.299" (7.59mm). This terminal is the crimp contact that mates with the corresponding Mini Amp-In receptacle housing to complete a wire-to-board interconnect.
Wire Gauge and Hole Fit
The 22-26 AWG wire range covers the most common signal and low-power wire sizes in harness assemblies. The 0.071" ~ 0.075" hole diameter is the PCB drill size the solder tail passes through — board layout engineers should set the finished hole to this range and adjust the annular ring for the pad size.
