Three-Position Power Block with Push-In Spring Termination
The screwless push-in spring termination accepts solid or ferruled stranded wire from 14 to 20 AWG; the push button actuator opens the spring clamp for wire insertion, then releases to grip the conductor.
What the 12 A Rating Means for This Block
The 12 A per-level rating is the continuous current the block can carry. The 300 V rating is line-to-line.
Through-hole mounting with vertical wire entry — the board footprint matches the 5.08 mm pin spacing, and the pins are on a single row. The push-in spring mechanism eliminates the need for screwdriver torque control; the push button releases the clamp for wire insertion, and the leg spring holds the conductor against the current bar. For 14 AWG stranded wire, the spring force is sufficient for the full 12 A rating without cold flow over time. The block is bulk-packaged, so it ships loose for manual or selective soldering.
