You must order the mating tab terminals separately — the TE SSC series uses a standard crimp tab contact. Without the terminals in the BOM, the housing is an empty shell that cannot carry current. The housing is black, packaged in bulk, and accepts one row of 2 positions.
Mating and Termination — Field-Ready Checklist
Mates with the corresponding SSC series plug housing (e.g., the 1-1703532-1 is a 2-position sealed plug with locking ramp). The latch lock provides positive retention against engine vibration. Free-hanging mounting means this lives in the harness, not on a PCB.
