Board-to-wire header with locking ramp and board lock
The 770178-2 is a 6-position, 2-row header from the Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. The 4.14mm pitch sets the PCB footprint and the per-contact current ceiling — the actual current rating varies by wire gauge. The shrouded 4-wall housing protects the male pins during handling and mating, and the locking ramp provides audible positive retention against cable pull and vibration.
