Housing Only — Order the Crimp Terminals Separately
The 770274-1: The 0.145" (3.68 mm) pitch defines the wire-to-wire spacing and the footprint of the mating header. This is a housing only — the crimp terminals (male or female, ordered separately) must be added to build a complete wire-to-wire interconnect.
What the Locking Ramp and Nylon Housing Mean for a Harness
The locking ramp provides an audible click when fully mated, giving the harness builder a positive confirmation that the connection is secure. The natural nylon (polyamide) housing carries a UL94 V-2 flame rating typical for this material — acceptable for internal equipment wiring where the housing is not exposed to open flame.
