What this 2-position plug housing does
Locking ramp keeps the pair mated
This is the primary retention mechanism — no secondary lock or screw is needed for most applications.
Contacts are ordered separately — here is what fits
TE's Micro MATE-N-LOK terminal family includes several wire-gauge options (typically 20-24 AWG for the standard pin). The crimp termination means the wire is attached with a crimp tool before the terminal is inserted into the housing cavity. For a 2-position plug, you need two male pin contacts and the correct crimp die set for your wire size. The housing cavities are keyed to accept the terminal only in the correct orientation, so insertion is straightforward once the terminal is crimped.
No end-of-life notice or successor part is on record.
