8-Position Dual-Row Housing for Harness Builds
It uses a 6.00 mm pitch between contacts and a 5.00 mm row spacing, giving enough room for moderate wire gauges in a compact dual-row package.
The 6.00 mm pitch and 8-position count are the two numbers that lock in the mating connector. Any header or plug intended for this housing must share that pitch and position count — the Junior Timer series uses a standardized 6.00 mm contact spacing across its dual-row receptacles. The 5.00 mm row spacing is equally fixed, so the mating header's pin pattern must match both axes.
Crimp Terminals Ordered Separately — Plan the BOM Line
The housing ships empty — the note "Contacts Not Included" is a procurement flag, not a defect. The housing material is polyamide (PA66), which handles the insertion and retention forces of the crimp terminal without cracking during assembly.
