What's in the Kit and Why It Matters
The kit includes both a nut and a washer. The washer sits between the nut and the panel face to distribute clamping force and prevent galling on the nickel finish. Without it, overtightening can crack the connector body or deform the panel. The nut threads onto the standard BNC barrel — the thread size matches the industry-standard BNC panel-mount interface, so it works with any standard BNC jack or receptacle.
