The F305-1A7H1-11010-E100: The 0.50mm pitch sets the board routing density — at this pitch, PCB trace width and spacing must be designed for fine-line routing, and the FPC conductor pitch must match exactly. The 10-position count matches the BOM line for a 10-circuit signal interface. This saves assembly time and avoids damaging the FPC pads. Gold-plated contacts (3.00µin gold over nickel) on phosphor bronze deliver reliable signal-level connections at 0.5A per contact and 50V — strictly for signal circuits, not power delivery.
Right-angle SMT with solder retention — board assembly fit
The connector accepts FPC thicknesses of 0.30mm or 0.33mm, and both straight and tapered cable ends — check your FPC end shape and thickness against these values before ordering. Housing is UL94 V-0 rated LCP; the actuator is halogen-free PA9T nylon.
The Aorora F305 series includes a 6-position variant (F305-1A7H1-11006-E100) and a 60-position variant (F305-1A7H1-11060-E100), both with the same 0.50mm pitch, 2.00mm height, gold contacts, and flip lock ZIF.
