Contact system and mating duty
The F305-1A7H1-11060-E100 is the 60-position member of the Amphenol ICC (FCI) Aorora F305 FFC/FPC cable assembly line. Gold-plated bottom contacts rated 0.5 A per circuit at 50 V. The ZIF flip lock accepts 0.30 mm or 0.33 mm FFC/FPC and holds the ribbon without insertion force on the contacts. Mated height above the board is 0.079" (2.00 mm); the right-angle SMT footprint keeps the cable parallel to the PCB edge.
Plating and cycle life
Gold contact finish at 3.00 µin (0.076 µm) supports 30 mating cycles — sufficient for field-service reconnect duty where the cable is disconnected a few times over the product life.
