The 901-10752: The threaded coupling and bulkhead front-side nut mount give a panel-secure RF port that stays put under cable strain. It terminates to 0.81 mm OD coaxial cable — the size class that covers RG-174, RG-316, and LMR-100 — with a crimp-on shield and solder cup centre contact. The gold-over-brass body resists corrosion in outdoor or industrial cabinet environments where an unplated shell would oxidise and increase surface loss.
Rated to 6 GHz maximum, this SMA jack covers the full L-band through C-band. The 500 mating cycles, backed by gold-on-gold contact surfaces, mean this port can be used for test-point or antenna-swap duty without the centre contact wearing through to base metal. The 335 V voltage rating is the dielectric-withstand ceiling across the PTFE insulator at sea level. For RF applications the signal voltage is typically a fraction of that, so the rating matters more for DC bias injection or bias-tee circuits that put a DC offset on the centre conductor.
Panel Mount and Cable Termination
The threaded body gives a ground reference to the chassis at the panel cutout. On the cable side, the shield is crimped (a standard hex crimp die for the 0.81 mm jacket diameter) and the centre conductor is soldered into the cup on the beryllium copper pin. No special tooling beyond a crimp frame and a soldering iron.
