This is an insulation-displacement termination sized for 26 AWG wire — no stripping, no crimping, no loose contacts to feed. That means the wire gauge is fixed: 26 AWG solid or stranded, discrete or ribbon.
Mating: Which Header Works
This receptacle mates with any MTA-100 0.100" pitch header of the same 6-position count — through-hole or surface-mount, vertical or right-angle. No secondary lock or TPA is used on this series, so the wire retention relies entirely on the IDC grip and the latch.
